At MONNIQUE, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we are here to help.
Eligibility for Returns
Returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date. To qualify, items must be:
- Unused and in their original condition
- In the original packaging with all tags and accessories included
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)
Gift cards, digital downloads, and final sale items are not eligible for return.
How to Request a Return
Contact our support team at support@monnique.shop with your order number and a brief description of the issue. We will respond within 2 business days.
Refunds
After we receive and review your returned item, you will be notified by email of our decision. Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Payments processed through Shopify Payments are subject to standard bank processing times and may take an additional 3–5 business days to appear on your statement depending on your financial institution.
Late or Missing Refunds
Should your refund not appear within 5–7 business days, we recommend checking with your bank before contacting us at support@monnique.shop. Processing times can vary by institution.
Exchanges
If your item arrived in a damaged or defective condition, we will gladly exchange it. Send us an email at support@monnique.shop within 30 days of delivery.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. For items valued over $100, we recommend using a trackable shipping service. MONNIQUE is not responsible for items lost in transit.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Damaged or wrong items must be reported to support@monnique.shop within 48 hours of receipt. Please include your order number and photographic evidence so we can resolve this promptly.
